Computer Reboots after Windows 10 Logo

Hey Guys I have looked and looked here on the forum and tried lots of different solutions and I am not able to fix this.

So my pc was running correctly until the other day I started watching something on Kodi and the pc restarted on it's own. Since then the computer does not pass windows Logo, it restarts right after it showing.
I can log into safe mode (this is where I am right now)

My Pc:
OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Processor AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor, 4014 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 2501, 4/8/2014
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB
Total Virtual Memory 9.77 GB
Video Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 560

Things I have tried:
Run Clean Windows Install (It rebooted 5s after install finished)
scanned pc for corruption via SFC /SCANNOW (nothing found)
Run ccleaner and corrected any errors
Run Malwarebites (no Virus found)
At bios I have temperatures running at normal.

Also I have never touched the bios since I first made this pc, no Overclocking exists.
All hardware was bought in 2015 except for the Video Card which is older (don't remember when)
I did not install any drivers or did any updates since i did my clean windows install

Hope somebody has a clue what it might be

The computer has no issues in Safe mode, would the PSU allow this if it was the one making this problem?
