Screen tearing probelms

Hi just built my first gaming pc and every game I play I seem to be getting screen tearing through the middle of the monitor I tryed two different gpus and I get the same thing any ideas what it could be my gpu is geforce gtx 1050ti sc and my monitor is acer k222hql any help would be very grateful

It's not on in game settings where else would it be

It's in Nvidia control panel.
Set Vsync to adaptive sync or fast sync.
