I want to know which of these monitors use LED PWM Dimming and which don't.

The monitors are ASUS VG248QE, AOC G2460PF and Acer GN246HL.

The monitors are ASUS VG248QE, AOC G2460PF and Acer GN246HL.

The VG248QE and GN246HL both use PWM dimming.

The G2460PF does not use PWM dimming.
