Help me figure out what $400 monitor i should buy

I am a first time builder and I really wanted a 1440p gaming system for under $1200. I think I accomplished this by putting together this list:

My question is, what 1440p monitor should I get that will prevent screen tearing? Can I use fast sync? Oh yeah, I only have about $400 to spend on a monitor.

  2. Im very new to this whole thing. Will this build make my fps higher than my refresh at 1440p? That's what will stop screen tearing?

1440p is your resolution, the refresh is 75hz for that monitor. There should be no screen tearing if you tweak the settings properly.
