Computer won't play videos or load some webpages

Sorry, i dont know the best place to put this

YouTube videos will not load. some pages will not load. Youtube loads with videos but when i click on them it just is buffering the whole time. now some pages wont even load. Facebook Twitter load and play videos and everything perfectly. it doesnt even work on firefox nor edge. the same problem. i cant even get google it self to work. i have tried everything, reset my router, restarted my computer, flushed dns, and tried to uninstall chrome but i cant get to the website to install it. i can play games and stuff. everything works perfectly on any other computer and device in my house.

weird thing is i can play videos through discord in full hd, no problem. I can use the steam browser from in a game and it works perfectly fine.

i dont know what i can do...

This may not work anymore but it could be flash. Try uninstalling it... it shouldn't help as Chrome doesn't even use the normal flash player, its built into the browser. But worth a try

Im suspecting the problem causing the videos not to play is also not allowing the channel picture to show

I reinstalled windows. that fixed it.
