the general procedure for a bugcheck is to update the BIOS and the motherboard drivers from the motherboard vendors website.


if you still get a bugcheck you would then do a Malwarebytes scan and run cmd or powershell as an admin and run
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
(for windows 8.x and above versions of windows)

if you still get the bugcheck, you would then provide the c:\windows\minidump files
ie ,copy them to a server like microsofts onedrive, share the files for public access and post a link

there are thousands of bugcheck codes.
