I had my graphics card working with two monitors for more than a year. It's an ATI Radeon HD 3450. After I got updated to version 1703 of Windows 10, the graphics card only recognises a single monitor. After each reboot, I need to unplug then replug one monitor or the other, and then the graphics works normally with both monitors.
Someone else described the same problem with HD4350 , on an AMD forum:

It's clearly a software problem. Microsoft has gone ahead, leaving old graphics cards behind. We need a way to tell them.
