Hi.
I have OptiPlex 755 with Core2Due E7200 2.53GHz CPU, 2GB Ram, and ATI 4550 512mb GPU.
Is my PC good for Gaming?
I don't want hard core gaming like GTA V or COD Infinity Warfare.
I want to play Games like Minecraft, Modern Combat 5.........Thanks

For a few bucks you could get an E7500 E7600. The 755 supports 1333 fsb so E8600 CPUs should work also.

You need more RAM. At least 4GB. Old Dells like Low density RAM (chips on both sides of the modules). And a DDR5 GPU will make a huge difference.
Here are some 755 builds. The ones with big GPUs are Mini Towers with aftermarket PSUs.

GT730 1GB DDR5 is a nice Budget GPU for retro gaming. If you get a 2GB GPU you should have 5GB RAM or more.
Maxxed out would be a Q9650 with GTX1050Ti and 8GB RAM.
An old 720P HD television makes a nice big scvreen monitor for this.
