Is 700 watts enough for a 8700k + 1080ti combo?

Planning to build a new sistem with I7 8700k (oc around 5 ghz), 1080ti, a x370 mobo, 16 gb RAM, 1 SSD, 1 HD, 1 240mm Watercooler. Can a 700 wats PSU (a modular NZXT white one) handle it ? Or should I shoot for the stars and go for a bigger (and really expensive - "brazilian here") PSU ??
