I've noticed that when I use this website on Google Chrome or Firefox that the text fields where you type things disappears... I would then alternate to Microsoft Edge or IE as the functionality would work.
So I've gone into my extensions on Chrome and disabled "Grammarly," and this brought text-box functionality back to Chrome and presumably Firefox too.
I'm mentioning this for anyone else with this issue.
