Forgotten Password Not Working

Hi Guys,

I forgot my password and am trying to use the "Forgot Password" functionality to reset my password and I keep getting the following error:

"There was an error processing the password reset."

When I try to enter the new password. I have tried all sorts of different passwords using different browsers. I had to create a new account to login and post this...

Any ideas? I'd like to maintain my posts, etc.

If you can send me an email with your username and the email associated with it, I can have your password manually reset. My email is: cstrachan@purch.com

Similar problem here, resulting in a lockout after repeated attempts to reset my password - can I get a similarly helpful resolution please? :)
