Forgotten Password Not Working

Hi Guys,

I forgot my password and am trying to use the "Forgot Password" functionality to reset my password and I keep getting the following error:

"There was an error processing the password reset."

When I try to enter the new password. I have tried all sorts of different passwords using different browsers. I had to create a new account to login and post this...

Any ideas? I'd like to maintain my posts, etc.

Similar problem here, resulting in a lockout after repeated attempts to reset my password - can I get a similarly helpful resolution please?
