Bsod every time I try to install Windows 10

It started a week ago when my laptop gave me its first bsod. This happened 3 years after of purchase,so I thought it was normal. After an hour it gave bsods after bsods. Today I was able delete all the partitions and while installing new copy of Windows 10 during the process of copying windows files it gave me another bsod

Try running memtest on your ram, 1 stick at a time. Generally if you get BSOD during install process it is normally ram

test 1 stick at a time, the only score you want is 0 as any higher is too many. Remove/replace ram if yoiu get any errors

Have you tried a full format on your HDD before installation.
I had the same issue with a laptop, so removed the hdd and full formatted it which cured the problem.
