We don't really know what to cut as there's no pricing listed but just off the top of my head you could lower the RAM to 2x4gb (8 total) and I would hold off on the GPU as the 1070 ti will be releasing in a couple of weeks (release 10/26 & shipping 11/2) and should have 1080-ish performance for $430.

i updated the prices and i didnt know the gtx 1070 ti might be releasing and its a whopping 150$ difference in price !

Looks reasonable.

some thoughts:

1. Lenovo, so far as I can tell sells laptop ram, not desktop ram.
List the part number, but it may be incompatible.
I think you want something like this g.skil

2. Very good balance between cpu and gpu.

3. Samsung 850 evo will perform better and has a 5 year warranty.

Consider deferring on the hard drive until you actually need more space.
It is easy to add a hard drive later.

4. GX500 is ok. Spend what you need for a case you love. It will be with you for a long time.
Here is a good inexpensive fractal design for $45:

5. GTX1080 needs only 520w; 600w for the GTX1080ti.
I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

Antec makes some good power supplies, but the VP line is only tier 3 on this list:

Seasonic is always reliable.
Here is a tier 2 620w unit for $50:

what would you say the minimum amount of power my psu should have? 600?
would you say the Antec NE650M 650 W is a better option?
the antec gx500 comes paired with these two PSU's for a good price

also the ram model number is: Lenovo - 01AG805x2-PC - 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2400Mhz

it says there that tier 3 would be fine as long as im not over clocking or bitcoin mining two things that im not going to do especially considering the fact that my cpu isn't overclockable
