Major problem with Cortana and Windows 10 apps

And I cannot use the search bar on the tray of Windows 10 which makes it very annoying and very hard to use this computer!

Cortana is completely gone and I have no idea how to open it or fix the problem with the apps!

Please help.

To get Cortana back, can you please try right-clicking the Taskbar, going to Cortana, and then clicking Show search box?

Also, the solution given here can help you fix the issue with the apps in the Start menu.
