Does the ASUS Strix B350-F support up to 144hz refresh rate and in which ports

It depends on what APU you use. The gpu in the apus are fairly weak and while they may support outputting 144hz it's highly unlikely they will be able to produce a framerate that will take advantage of that. If you use a Ryzen CPU then the ports on the motherboard won't work at all and the system will require a dedicated gpu.
