Front usb 3 not work

my fron usb 3 port not work & same port work with usb2 properly MB gigabyte Z170 ultra gaming

What does "not work" mean?

No USB, USB at a slower speed....?

Verify that you have the correct USB cable.

Open the case and look for a loose connection with respect to the front USB ports.

Are you sure that you have USB 3 ports? Just being "blue" is not a guarantee....
