need help on choosing gaming monitor

Looking for a 4k gaming monitor which has 1ms response time and has very good contrast ratio; 27"/28" or 32" would suit me. No Price Limit

i don't care if it has speakers or not as i have a surround sound.

the refresh rate can be normal 60hz but if you can find anything better like 144hz it would be great.
