PC hard freezes - reset button works but is delayed by around 5 seconds

Hello!
I am a bit worried about my PC. As u can read in title, it freezes completely and reset button works but with delay. Connected devices get frozen too, only logo on my mouse still changes colors. Keyboard doesnt respond at all. I recently cleaned my PC with pressurised air, could I have damaged something ? I ran some fixes from this website https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/solved-windows-10-freezes-locks-up-randomly-easily/
Didnt have this problem again (yet), but I feel like this isnt software related (reset button delay being the reason why I think so).
What could be causing this problem ?

First of all deat kamilstorm be patient see if this happens again
if so.. a hard freeze could mean something fatal happened in your pc ..
starting from RAM, CPU , or Hard disk/ssd the delay you are talking about could be random inform us with the progress if this persists
