Can a Nvidia tesla boost the performance of a gtx 1070?

I am thinking of building a gaming rig and my friend works at a supercomputer place. They are going to replace one of the server systems and I can get hold of a server with two 8 core Intel Xeon E5-2660 with 32 gb ram on a mother board and maybe a Nvidia Tesla K40 or K20x. What I am mainly wondering is that can I somehow connect the tesla with another geforce gpu to boost the geforce gpu's performance? Obviously i know that teslas dont have fans but I have a plan how to fix that. Another question is that if the tesla doesn't work and I get a gtx 1070, will the dual cpus bottleneck or cause any problems?

Nope, the Tesla's have nothing to do with GPU power or graphics at all other than the being made by Nvidia. Sell it, the 40's go for $1000's of dollars.
