Hello guys, I'm going to be building a PC for my family, but I do not know what I should get. I don't want to build an overkill one. Can you guys recommend components to buy?

Primary use: Web Surfing, Office365, E-mails, and Photo + Video Editing.
Budget: $500-$700

Went with a 6 core/dedicated GPU for the video editing part but you could probably get away with something a bit cheaper like the 8100 with a SSD for the OS/Editing software.
