Can't delete corrupted/unreadable file

So i've got a file that I try to delete and I get the message "The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable."

I've tried deleting it with FileAssassin and I get the same error message, tried deleting it in safe mode and again the same message, finally tried deleting it in command line and I get the message that the file doesn't even exist.

Tried searching a bit before posting but everyone seems to suggest to just delete it in safe mode which didn't work for me.

tried booting from an ubuntu live usb and seeing if it will delete it?
