Samsung 960 Pro vs PM961

Hi, I just wanted to know if there's a difference (or a big one) between the Samsung 960 Pro and the PM961 OEM, I'm looking to buy a 512 GB model.

The PM961 is cheaper so that's why I'm asking, I currently have an SSD and I don't game (used to play DOTA but whatever), but I use After Effects or even Cinema and those are more demanding proccessor wise.

Warranty is a big factor, also you cannot use the Samsung Magician software on a PM961 AFAIK

PM961 is not considered retail and has less support.

If budget is an issue, you may find that the 960 evo will be cheaper than the pro for very little difference in performance.

The magician software is the support tool for Samsung retail ssd devices. It can update firmware for example.

If you mean price, the PM961 is likely cheaper.

If you mean support, the 960 Pro will be better.

If you mean warranty, the 960 pro is 5 years, the PM961 is 3 years.
