Windows 10 stuck on blue logo, no dots

Hello, I've recently found my computer not booting past the blue windows logo, I have tried booting into safe mode and either I am pressing the wrong keys, or it is just not respondent. I have an MSI motherboard, which I can get more details on if need be. Have tried f8, shift +f8, and fn + f8 for safe mode.

I unplugged all USB devices apart from my keyboard and mouse and it ended up solving the problem.
