Should I buy one 144hz 1080p or 2 1080p 60hz monitors? Same est total cost for either choice.

Should I buy one 144hz 1080p or 2 1080p 60hz monitors? Same est total cost for either choice.

The thing is i have an R9 280x 3gb gpu so i dont think it can take full control of the 144hz. I also have an xbox one id like to hook up to one of the monitors as well as capturing gameplay with a capture card. I also edit stream and record all on one monitor now and a second monitor would be useful.

So my major concern that is holding me back is will i be missing out while gaming, i am a competitive person so hearing the benefits of a 144hz monitor definitely interests me but i been gaming on 60hz for the longest and still seem to do fine.

So would i be missing out if i dont go 144hz?

I would get the 2x 1080p 60 monitors since you pc won't be able to come close to 144fps

I do plan to get a 1060 6gb or a 570 4gb very soon but not for a few months so u kinda told me what i already knew. Lol

1 144hz for main gaming monitor then save for a little bit and get a semi cheap 60hz display. also if your not used to 144hz it probably wont make a difference to how you play.
you could even get a real cheap second hand 60hz display from gumtree or ebay.

i WOULD still get the 2 60hz, GTX 1060/RX 470 cant get 144fps
