headphones act like mic

I once used my headphones as mic and since then whether I plug them in phone or in PC it just sounds like the sound is pushed trough mic.. Sounds really bad.. Anyone know how to fix that? I tried reinstalling drivers and plugging in different PCs and Phones. Still not working. Please help.

Since it sounds the same on the PC or your phone(from your last post), then the issue isn't the PC or the phone, the issue is the headphones. Borrow some headphones to verify that they sound the same in the pc.

I tried multiple headphones and they all work great on my PC or Phone, something must've switched in the way the electricity goes trough them or sumthin'.
