Windows won't Sign in

Hey all
I updated my GPU Drivers then restarted the Computer and I can't get into windows
It either gets stock on a pink splash screen(which is my theme Color) or gets into the welcome Screen,in welcome screen it's Laggy as hell the fan is on 100% so there is huge load on CPU
and one that I did manage to put in my password it said:
"The User Profile Service service failed the logon. The remote procedure call failed and did not execute."
Please help!

COre i7 5500U
R5m330
TOshiba 1TB HDD
Win10

Try putting back your old GPU to confirm that it is the fault of the new GPU, as a first step.

Its a laptop. Roll back to the previous driver you were using and see if that helps.

So I write this for anyone who can't get windows to run properly
Just as a Part of you routine in troubleshooting and Repairing have a Recovery disk drive ready and with it go to CMD and Run "chkdsk /r"
this one did it for me
