Good connection, good pc but lag spikes on cs go

Hi guys, I checked other forums about this problem but none of them actually matches with my situation. I have an msi gl62m 7rd (gtx 1050, i5 7300hq, 8gb ram..) not the best but good enough for cs go i think. And my connection is very stable, i can watch 1080p 60fps youtube videos and hq streams with no problems, when i download a file the connnection never corrupts. Have an antenna on the roof, i'm the only one who's using it and i'm using Ethernet cable but still when i join to a competitive game on cs go... it's awful. it goes fine for like 25-30 secs but then a lag spike appears then i can't move for 3-4 secs. It happens constantly. I tried to delete all cs go files and download them again but no good.
What should i do, have any ideas?

(btw when i play 1v1 against a friend, the lag doesn't appears)

Do you have a VPN on? Try to join a community server with the lowest ping and see if you lag. If you don't then you are probably being matched on the wrong servers
