Good afternoon,
I am currently experiencing an issue with my phone (Samsung S7) and camera (Nikon D3200 DSLR) over USB on Windows 10. They connect fine but i am unable to transfer files from them to my desktop. Under device manager my phone shows up as MTP with a caution symbol on top of the icon. The text says "This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1) The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion." Upon trying to update the driver i get the error "Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them. The dependency services does not exist or has been marked for deletion." I have already tried uninstalling the device and manually installing the Samsung USB driver as well as trying different cords and USB ports. I was wondering if anyone was knowledgeable on this error and could help me out.

Thanks, Mark
