Hardware in question:
GPU: Asus GTX 1070 Turbo
New monitor: Philips BDM 3270QP2
Old monitor: Philips Gioco

So recently I bought a Philips BDM3270QP2 on which I had flashing white pixels (snowing). Because I haven't had this problem on my previous monitor I assumed I had got a faulty monitor. I exchanged it after a week for a new one but the snowing persisted which made my dig out the monitor I had used before the Philips. And to my surprise it doesn't display any snowing whatsoever? :S
Just to be on the sure side I exchanged the Philips monitor again (third one) and it to has flashing pixels.

Things I have tried:
-Two different DP and HDMI cables and two different DVI-D cables
-Different ports both on the GPU and monitors
-Different power outlets (you never know)
-Running the new monitor at the same resolution(1080p) as the old working one
-Different driver versions
-Reformatting Windows 10

ALL the temperatures in the computer are fine. I don't know what to believe anymore and it makes me so frustrated, and sad :/

motherboard should also support multi monitor. If it does , then you need to contact the seller of your GPU.
