My R9 390 Is constantly on idle even in games.

Solution
Looked at your vid, looks like you are using an older version of MSI AB, you need to update to the latest beta version or at least v4.4.16 to work with the new drivers.
Are you using either of the extended overclocking options?

I'm pretty sure I have the latest version. If in the video I'm using the older it is only cos I was experimenting with older versions. So that means that the new one or the beta has the same issue. Neverless ty for response. I will check the version.

Thank you for reply. Unfortunately this was the first thing I tried and it did not help. The Solution was to install the current beta version of AB.
Thanks again

It looks like I avoided the BETA AB and it is the SOLUTION. Thank you as soon as I installed the current BETA AB the card works perfectly even it finally overclocks and I got like +10 fps.
Thanks again and have a nice day
