AMD Ryzen 1600 min core MHZ

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 set on 3.2 GHZ in bios but it goes to 3400 for unkown reasons
Vcore: 1.235 default voltage ( no overclock )
GPU: Nvidia gtx 960
PSU: Aqprox 650W

If the problem its my crappy PSU i bought just to see if my old PSU was the crash fault then i will changed it ASAP. So far with this one i had no problems crashing or anything but i understand that i need a better PSU as much as the rest of the PC Parts

212MHz? No, I've never seen any modern CPU go that low even with idle cores. I suspect the BIOS is sending the wrong signal or maybe the app is reading it wrong. Try Ryzen Master for comparison.

Found the issue. its the HW Monitor
