Hey everyone,

I was planning to buy a new monitors for my setup,

I have 2 options-
First, I can go with an VA monitor with 4ms response time and 144hz refresh rate,

OR

Second, I can get a 27inch TN monitor with 1ms response time and 75 hrz refresh rate (actually 60 without freesync) and a 22inch monitor with 5ms response time and 60 hrz refresh rate (99% sRGB)

(both will cost me about the same)

I need a good gaming monitor as well for my new $1700 GAming rig!

P.S. I need an nice color accurate monitor as i need to do colour grading (I`m a Youtuber) of my videos and pictures

Any more sugestions for the monitor would be welcome (max - $300).......actually am importing to india so price increases, Or any options in the indian market!(upto 30000)

High hz is better for fasted paced games or smoothness but it's not necessary and I'm still using 60hz. If color is your main concern, you can find dell ultrasharps for a similar price as the benq which offer better overall image quality with better accuracy, gamut, uniformity, build quality, etc. The newest version is a bit more expensive on amazon.

But there's not a huge difference vs older models.

You don't want that lg...
What are your PC's specifications? can show you that. You can copy and paste its summary page or you can take a screenshot.

People think it's simple to buy a monitor they want and connect it to their PC. That part is but whether or not your PC can support the monitor is very important.

Do you have any monitors in mind? Links to those would help.

You then answered your question with the P.S. I need an IPS monitor.

Are we done here?

You don't want that lg. Cheap ips offer very little to no benefit over tn.
