Greeny and blury Display on 1920x1080 resolution

Hi everyone so my problem is with the resolution i dont know if its from my monitor or gpu.When i change my resolution to 1920x1080 my screen is greeny and blury when i switch to 1680x1050 no problems.I just checked all the resolutions and there is PC group with resolutions first one is 1680x1050 and all of them work properly my gpu is 1050Ti im using HDMI cable so i decided to take my friends cable DVI and its the same and i pictured my screen when it was 1920x1080 switched to 1680x1050 to see if its the same at the photo and no problems what it can be the Monitor or GPU or there is something i didnt do correctly??

maybe the monitor is faulty. Check with another one to see if it works with you 1050

yeah its TV and Monitor at the same time but i was using VGA on my old computer and no problems im with HDMI now i tried another cable but its the same i hope its not the videocard mn :/

which nvidia driver version is installed? install the latest from nvidia.com

which 1050TI brand and exact model is it?
Which power supply are you using?
which CPU?
Which motherboard?

windows is freshly installed with this hardware?

try DDU uninstaller and reinstall the latest nvidia.com driver
