Can a 1080 TI support triple 1440p monitors?

I'm wondering if a 1080TI, would it be able to run 3 monitors at 1440p, 144 hertz

I've looked elsewhere and I'm pretty it can not, so what I was thinking about doing was having my two side monitors refresh rate lower to something around 60 hertz and my middle(main) monitor staying at 144 hertz for actual gaming. Would this be the recommended path for me to go? Others have also suggested that I should just buy two 1080s if I want to push it all. What do you guys recommend I do?

Yes, as long as the card is a model with three DisplayPort outputs, or if any of the monitors have HDMI 2.0 and support 144 Hz through that.
