Hi there, I am getting components to start to build a gaming PC, will all of these components work well together and will it handle overcloaking ?

Yes they are OK. It's a Z mobo and K CPU so you can overclock as well. Good gaming PC is relative to what level you want to play at in terms of resolution and frame rate. A GTX 1060 s good for gaming at FUll HD at 60Hz.

What PSU have you chosen? A good and reliable brand/model at 450W or (550W since you want to OC) would be good.

My PSU is at 650W, Is that too much or is that ok ?

I would say that's OK and a bit more than enough if it's a good reliable brand/model which outputs actual 650W.
