I'm not quite sure? whats going on.

Alright the past week and a half i noticed my PC was starting to act a little wonky like after a while GTA V would crash and restart my computer. Then i installed the creators update and things got really bad every game i play crashes after like 10 minutes and believe me my temps are fine; and also to make sure i took my GPU down to stock clocks and lowered my CPU by 200 MHz just be sure that wasn't causing instability's which they hadn't before but i was just making sure. I'm starting get pretty frustrated and wanted get some further opinions. Thank you for any suggestions.

Use system restore to reset your pc back to a time when all was well.

Sometimes, windows 10 seems to push out inappropriate drivers.
