Mouse lag on a new high performance system

Hello Everyone,

I have just built a gaming rig. To my disappointment, I'm experiencing a very slight mouse lag. It is extremely annoying and is impacting the pleasure/performance of working on this PC. Specs:

ASRock x370 Fatal1ty Gaming K4
Ryzen 5 1600
GTX1080ti GPU
Samsung 850 Evo SSD
Corsair Vengeance LED DDR4 3000 Mhz
Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit
BIOS is up to date - version 3.3
BIOS settings are set to default.
All drivers are up to date.
Mouse is wireless, but the same issue is experienced with a cable mouse.

Is this caused by faulty hardware? Does anyone know a good approach in troubleshooting the issue? Similar experiences?

Because that is also my workstation, the Windows was provided by my company and it is convenient to have the same OS/setup as my colleagues.

After 3 late nights I finally resolved the issue - HDMI UHD Color had to be enabled on my TV/Monitor to support 60Hz.

I have helped others who had problems getting GPU drivers on enterprise. If it works for you, go for it.
