Google Chrome displays all blue as purple

This issue has just popped up. Google Chrome displays purple where it truly should be blue. Its actually kind of freaky. Here are some pictures.

Okay but whats super weird is that it only does this on monitor and only while not on incognito. When I go into incognito on my main monitor it goes back to normal.

This problem is so weird and I have no idea how to fix this.
