Windows 10 Search not working

Okay, so basically after I reinstalled windows like a month ago since then my windows search is not working not even when I search for settings or anything like that its just white.

Click on the folder icon in your Taskbar then when the Explorer form shows up, enter our search in th ebox towards the top right of the form.

The search facility you were using is linked to Cortana and that's safest when it's turned off.
