i have a problem with my pc, it cannot boot to windows and always showing BSOD WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR and it make my pc keeps rebooting and rebooting...
it happened when i was playing GTA online and suddenly my pc rebooting ...

now my pc got stuck on booting to windows , i've tried reinstalling windows, switched to onboard gpu and remove my gtx 950, clean the pc, reseated and changed the RAM to another slot and still not solving the problem

but ..... after i cleaned the dust on my pc and i entered the bios mode and i saw my processor's temperature reached 69 degree celsius even though the cpu fan is spinning , so i decided to force shutdown my pc and turn it on back and enter to bios mode and the temp is only about 40 - 42 degree celsius ..

so what hardware is actually causing this error ????????????????? i'm thinking about RMA my broken hardware because my pc is only about 1 years old

here's the link of my windows dump file

WHEA = Windows Hardware Error Architecture. It is an error called by CPU but not necessarily caused by it. It can be caused by heat, so did you get it before or after cleaning dust out of cooler? The stock fan could be cause, though it depends how often you clean PC as well, I am using stock fan on a 4690K still (not overclocked) and its still doing job 2 years after being installed.

Can often be caused by overclocking software but as your CPU can't overclock not can motherboard, it shouldn't be the cause
Uninstall MSI Afterburner if installed for GPU

can run this and see if CPU reports any errors: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool

if it won't boot into windows, see if you can run this...

if it won't boot into windows, see if you can run this version (though if its hardware, ubuntu will also report whea errors): http://www.tcsscreening.com/files/users/IPDT_LiveUSB/index.html

I can't read dumps but try that and someone should read dumps for you while you wait.

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger. The HTML site which I normally upload to seems to be down for the moment so I'll have to upload text. Here is the information I got: https://pastebin.com/dUaAuPMX

File: 102417-10250-01.dmp (Oct 24 2017 - 07:51:30)
BugCheck: [WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)]
Probably caused by: GenuineIntel (Process: csrss.exe)
Uptime: 0 Day(s), 0 Hour(s), 00 Min(s), and 29 Sec(s)

I can't help you with this. Wait for someone else to reply. Good luck.

There isn't any obvious drivers there, you have an old NVidia sound driver but that won't cause WHEA errors.

You have an old BIOS, your version is 1.5 and the current one is 2,2. there are 3 updates inbetween which might help the problem. Look here, the page has instructions on how to update: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H97M%20Anniversary/#BIOS

Guess we wait for answer now, since don't know result of INtel tool yet.
