Non-Stop Screen Blackouts

Every time I log into my pc, a few minutes later my monitor goes black with the words ''No Video Input, Entering Sleep Mode'' I used to just restart my pc until it stopped happening but now, whenever I put something into a usb port, like a flash drive or a wifi adpter, said wifi adapter won't even have time to download it's drivers! And when I get past the login screen it wont even say what type of error it was. When I go into safe mode my pc could go on for hours. So I'm at a very huge loss right now. Any fixes?

Update: now my computer wont even start.

your monitor is plug in the motherboard try to test system with another psu and if issue still on you might have motherboard defect .

Well, if I plug my monitor into the mobo there will just be three loud beeps from the mobo and that's it.
I don't have any other psu's and I don't have any friends who would be willing to borrow me a psu

did you remove the gpu for the test and what motherboard manual says about these beep code .
