Monitor turned Black and white randomly

I was done watching my show and about to start another one and boom I think I did something and now I restarted my pc it had color and when I logged in it had color and than turned back to black and white. Please someone help me. This is bugging me.

Okay, I fixed this. I luckily got it back to working. For the people who are having the same issue just follow these steps.
1.Go into your settings
2.Go to color and high contrast
3.Turn off color filter.
