Hi guys. Is been i while i am having problems with my PC. I have a 3570k and a gtx 1070 but the performance in some games is never good. I was told that my single 8gb ddr3 ram is the bottleneck of my system. But i found a video on youtube that shows the same specs i have with higher frame rates than i can get.

This is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jt2edKT4p8c

And this is the video i recorded with exact same settings:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5PnMBxfMKz0

I also saw videos of 3570k at 4ghz and it had much higher frame rates than i do, i'm not sure but i don't thing 0,4ghz increase would give 30 more fps.

I spent a lot of time today comparing 3770, 2600, r5 1600, 8gb vs 16gb ram, prices for all of these, a z77 motherboard prices, since i had to sell mine, but still couldn't find and answer. I have a tight budget now, that is why i just didn't get a ryzen kit.

I did this test previously and shows my ram is indeed not fast http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/5091581

But i'm really not sure if i should spend money on another 8gb stick, i'm worried that it could not solve anything and will be wasted money.
The options i have is buy an i7 2600, the more expensive 3770, or buying an 8gb stick. But if ram is the limiting factor, buying another cpu will not solve anything, really confused right now. Can anyone help me?

Is a 3570k at stock, can't overclock
gtx 1070
1x8gb ddr3 1333mhz
240gb ssd

Cpu temps are below 80c with stock intel cooler, gpu temps are around 65c but will increase with load, but is never too high.

Cpu around 90% gpu at 50%. But there is a variation. You can see on video I posted.

CPU is bottlenecking in the game. Many youtube videos are actually overclocked 3570k without telling you. My suggestion for your upgrade: a refurbished Z77 MB + a 3rd party cooler (budget choice EVO 212, better is Noctua D14) to overclock your CPU to ~4.5 GHz and that is it.
