Windows 10 Stuck In Start Up Black Screen

So i was normally using my PC normally then I went into a black screen and it stayed like that for ever, I tried reseting it form the troubleshoot menu but I get a message saying it can’t start because there’s a problem! Is there any way I could fix this ? I have Windows 10 btw

If a videocard is installed, remove it if it's got onboard video

Hopefully the CPU has integrated gfx. The videocard if you installed one, maybe dead

Sorry but how do I know if a have a videocard installed ? Or do you mean a graphics card?
