Can you mount ISO files using Windows 10 HOME Edition?

So I have installed windows 10 HOME edition on my PC, some people say you can mount iso files using windows 10 without installing 3rd party softwares, and that's true. But when I'm trying to mount an iso file the mount option is missing, or is it only available in the PRO edition of windows 10?

You can absolutely mount an ISO in Win 10 Home, with no 3rd party software.
I just tried it on my Asus Transformer.
No issues at all.

You can absolutely mount an ISO in Win 10 Home, with no 3rd party software.

Right click on the iso icon you will find the mount option.
