Games crash ALOT

Ever since I updated to windows 10, Every game is unstable. They run for at max, 10m, then crash from a read error, or a core file stops communicating.

I have a, Ryzen 5 1600
GTX 970 SSC
16gb of DDR4 from G.Skill
Windows 10, obviously.

Did you made a clean install of windows 10? If not try it.

Yes, I just installed windows 10 on an entirely new ssd, not on my hard drive though.

That must be a driver problem. Reinstall all drivers you think are faulty. For updating drivers you can use certains applications.( I use driver booster for updating drivers. )
