SBAVMon.dll error message - previous answer did not work

Doesn't work on my 64bit machine. No such folder 32 under Old Windows. Arghhhh error message all over screen

Creative could not help even though microsoft says it came from their software

3rd party software CC Cleaner could not remove except got the name out of programs
CC says no registry errors

Is there a registry fix? I'm not the smartest, but I can follow cook book instructions

What a nightmare. Finally got Autoruns from Microsoft and was able to remove file from computer. So for 15 minutes now the SBAVMon.dll has not shown up. I hope Windows Creator Update is worth it. I upgraded because I read the security was much improved.
