Screen goes black for short amount of time then goes back on and repeats it over and over.

my computer keeps blcking the screen out after about 10 minutes of playing a game and then the scren will go back on after about 5 seconds and keeps happening until i close the game and this issue only happens to a couple my games i don't know what the issues is if any one could help that would be great. thanks!

What are specs of PC?

So it only happens in games? How long has this been happening for? Did you get s windows update just before it started?
