Keyboard Key wont work.

Hey all.
When i boot into windows 10, my minus key works fine on the log in screen but then when i log in that key stops working. just that 1 key stops working, have tested the keyboard on another PC and the key works fine. checked every where and they all say the keyboard filters, they are turned off. i have uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled, no difference, i have updated keyboard bios and still same.

ps keyboard is Corsair k70 rgb Lux

Does that key work properly when you use the Onscreen Keyboard? Does it behave differently if you hold the key down?
