Is the AOC AG271QG a good gaming monitor?

Hi guys i am just getting in to PC gaming but I am following Pc peripherals and tech overall since years. I want to be playing at 1440p. I want an IPS panel because they have great color display and good viewing angles. I am going with a GTX 1070 so I am gonna need a 144hz monitor. Is the monitor good? Is the build quality good? Is there backlight bleed or ips glow? Is the response time of 4ms enough? Most of the time I will be playing games. Editing will also be a part of my pc routine.
